Mary Curtis Gray, Head of Finance & Administration and co-founder, is experienced in finance, contracts, and intellectual property.  As a leader, she has held cross-functional roles-from staff engagement and development, budgetary stewardship, to wellness initiatives. Mary’s listening skills and ability to be present have been invaluable as a leader. Mary graduated from The University of Massachusetts as a Commonwealth Scholar. After years studying customer service and doing community work in spiritual care, Mary completed a Masters in Chaplaincy recently which has provided new perspectives for the WhyData wellness initiatives.
